I'm Jenny Patrick, founder of Beyond 22 Consulting. With years of experience in Special Education and transition planning, I help families and young people prepare for life beyond high school—including employment, independent living, further education, and community participation.
My goal is to help families see aging out not as the end, but as the beginning of a meaningful new chapter.

Why Beyond 22?
Too often, families discover critical transition programs and adult services only when high school is ending. This 'cliff' creates immense stress and missed opportunities.

We were so pleased with the help we received from Jenny. She was so compassionate, patient and helpful to us and our daughter.
